MILL VALLEY, CA

In an interesting twist, this project began even before the home was secured. Set in a beautiful neighborhood with spectacular views, the home had good bones and a functional floor plan, but tired finishes and room programming required a significant refresh. Armed with Paulina’s promise that she could “make the kitchen into something stunning,” the clients forged ahead with the purchase.

Completed within a tight timeframe, (the clients’ fourth baby was on the way), this project completely reenvisions the home’s main floor to create an environment better suited to an active family of six. Primary and secondary bedrooms, as well as the children’s playroom, are dressed with new finishes and furnishings that are luxurious but durable, and a new, custom-designed front door welcomes the family to their new home.
