As Principal of her eponymous firm, Paulina Perrault leads the process of infusing every project with practical luxury. She and her team guide the transformation of your home, articulating your vision for your life.

Selection, specification + documentation of all design elements including color, materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, lighting, cabinetry, rugs, art, antiques, accessories, and custom pieces
Coordination + communication + collaboration with your architect, contractors, landscape designers, art consultants, lighting designers, av & technology integrators, professional organizers + owner’s representative
Preparation of scope + estimates, and design project timelines, clearly outlining delivery expectations for services, selected items,
and budget
Installation management & coordination with the project team

FINDING ALIGNMENT
We are wired for the work, but even more so for the relationship. This is one of our highest values, so a generous amount of time is offered to establish alignment prior to engagement.

ENGAGEMENT & PROJECT LAUNCH
Once engaged, we lay the foundation by establishing agreement on project goals, scope + estimates and design timeline. This is accomplished with team meetings, a shopping excursion with our principal + documenting all key operating principles for the project.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We guide the process of each design decision by moving thru a series of highly organized and thorough design development meetings with our clients.

PROJECT EXECUTION
In parallel with Design Development, we document decisions to coordinate with the project team, as well as execute on the acquisition + coordination of furnishings selected.

INSTALL
We bring our highly organized operations and project management team to coordinate a well timed + orchestrated installation of all furnishings.
