This Modern Farmhouse was designed to capture the heart of true wine country living. Keeping the home timeless for generations, the finishes have a blend of modern moments but authentically grounded in tradition. Large windows allow the light to flow in and open wide for the best of alfresco entertaining by the pool. The furnishings have a modern plate with eye-catching surprises throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for large celebrations but intimate enough for a weekend away for two. The details of this Modern Farmhouse are layered in beauty and have created a home to be enjoyed for years to come.

Having bonded over raising twins, Perrault designed three homes for the family thus far and had a keen understanding of their everyday life. The clients wanted a serene space with an open, symmetrical floor plan that was flooded with natural light. To achieve this, Perrault installed tons of windows and doused each room in white. “Their aesthetic goals were to articulate a low slung indoor/outdoor vibe that was both very hip and very relaxed,” she says. “I am very proud of how we met that goal by designing and implementing unique interior finish millwork, a must have for my client, that harmonized perfectly with the exterior millwork and material selections.  We especially love the front porch swing!”
